    We run sessions every Sunday, across Central Scotland, Fife, Perthshire, Dundee and the Borders. Check out our location map here.
  • What should I bring to Soulful Sunday?
    To get the most out of your Soulful Sunday session, you should bring: * A yoga mat * Your swimwear (whatever you're comfortable in - does not need to be a wetsuit! * A towel * A warm change of clothes (the baggier the better - don't try to get back into leggings!) Also bring a nice flask of tea or coffee and snacks to warm by the fire afterwards!
  • I've never done yoga, breathwork, meditation or any cold water therapy. Its it suitable for beginners?

  • I can no longer make it to my Soulful Sunday session, what is your cancellation policy?
    1. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price or transfer to another event of the same value. 2. If a ticket holder cancels their attendance at the event, the following refund policy will apply: - If the cancellation is made more than 7 days before the event, the ticket holder will receive a full refund of the ticket price or transfer to another event of the same value. - If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, no refund or transfer will be granted. 3. In the event of a cancellation, the organizer will make every effort to notify ticket holders as soon as possible via email used to register attendance. 4. As per the money laundering act 2017, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket. 5. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or other emergencies. In such cases, the cancellation policy outlined above will apply. 6. We will always do our best to accommodate a transfer or refund in unprecedented circumstances ie illness.
